Either my package was stolen or left out in the street to be stolen and no one rang my doorbell, I was home the whole time. This has happened multiple times I shouldn't have to worry every time I order something they're gonna mess around like this. Customer service has been terrible dealing with it too, maybe they just don't care anymore since they gotta deal with morons every day... So much unnecessary stress, if people would just do their jobs correctly that's all I'm asking here. Anywhere else if people did their jobs like this they would get fired I'm not sure why this post office is an exception.

I mailed several bills (letters) on the same day in a bundle (rubber band) and they were all delivered but one. I have not been able to get any info about this one letter.  If it was torn, dipped of accidentally  shredded I need to know. Now my bill is late. I have a late payment attached and its Screwing up my credit score.  Not fair. I'm pissed.
The telephone wait time is ridiculous! You can at least take my number and call me back in the order you received the call.

i HATE this USPS service,  not my regular delivery person. Its those small contractors. time time is now 9:40pm and the tracking system is stating that my package has been delivered...... I STILL HAVE NO PACKAGE WHY DO THEY LIE........ THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. THIS SEVER IS VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE. MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN FLOATING FOR THE PAST 12HOURS........ WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?????????

These people don't even deserve one star more like half of a star just for showing up for work. The customer service is deplorable.The postal staff is incompetent and unprofessional. While this is a business as stated by a very unprofessional clerk,the telephone calls are screened and selectively answered. So if you have had the audacity to complain about their incompetence,look forward to your call not being answered. Packages are systematically not delivered  when redelivery request are made.  So if you must call block your number,you may get better results hopefully.  Further training in customer service /common decency  is badly needed.!!!!

They never answer the phone in a timely matter. I am usually a very patient person  but they had me on hold for 2 hours. And to make matters worse they are constantly saying that my packages are attempted delivery when I am home on the very same day. I had the same incident with my InStyler and had to go up there to pick it up. I personally feel like they need to stop being lazy get up and deliver like they are supposed to.
