Let me say, I am a BIG Fan of the Post office. I love mailing things!My service to my door is good. Although some days I don't get anything; but nothing has ever turned up missing. 

However, most times the line here for window service is unbearable. Today I was #15 in line, I assumed that if everyone took 5 min (Which is longer) then I would be there for an hour. 

If you can go up to the 19149 post office.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I’ve called at least 20 times and each time there was no answer or they would pick up the phone and hang up on me. Completely unprofessional and disappointed with their service.

Very, very Poor Service. The mail carrier for my area is so bad. 19124 Whitaker Ave , Left my mail on my steps for the Second time.  He/she don't use the mail box, I DON'T Understand Why. So in responsible to be working for a federal Postal Services. Calling to complain, Sending  video to main office and action News.

Very sad that their's no Suppervisor to over see their work.

Long lines, horrible service. I avoid trips to this post office as much as possible. I only come here when they have a package of mine for me to pick up. I go far out of my way to avoid this place.

Very poor customers service. Some of my pakages had been lost. They robed  your packages.  One different mail person every day. Very poor management. I live here for many years and Before i never HAD any problems with my packages or mail. Is carry because we depend in our mail and Package. Is need to be a change in that place. Rude manager most of the time.
