I have been a patron of this post office for 30 years and have always received great service until today. The 'supervisor' Ms Teri R. had no interest and was completely incompetent in helping me locate my lost package. She said she couldn't find it in their system despite the fact I gave her my original receipts with the tracking numbers and a print out of the tracking status from the USPS website. The package is in a postal facility in Atlanta and she said she has no way to call or contact them. Really? We deserve better service than that!

I have lived in Arlington for 35 years and have frequently had dealings with the staff for business and personal dealings without major issues. Today while inquiring about a certified mail sent to the IRS, the clerk commented "this was mailed months ago" and said she couldn't help me. The supervisor came up and asked "why did I want to follow up on this certified mail to the IRS?" It doesn't matter "why" as obviously I needed this info, thus why I sent my letter certified mail, so I was taken aback by this senseless comment and indignant and rude attitude by both the clerk and supervisor. I'm joining the other "poor" ratings and sharing my concern that this somewhat new staff at this location do not possess the professionalism and maturity that the citizens of this country should be able to expect and receive from our US postal service.

This post office is terrible!!! 
They are constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address !!!
They ABSOLUTELY CANNOT READ addresses.  
This is the worst post office!!! 
I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE !!!
TERRIBLE !!!

Lately, I have been receiving packages that belong to others, and a week ago my package didn't arrive. The woman I spoke with about this told me that she "couldn't believe that my package was not with me" because the status of the package was "delivered".  When I told her that often times I receive the mail of others, she told me that it was "not possible that the package was delivered anywhere else" because of various reasons. She was unhelpful, basically told me I was a liar, and that I couldn't do anything about it! (Fast forward to a week later when the package arrives on my doorstep ripped open and returned by a neighbor). I am so disappointed by how this was handled.
