Do not go to this location . The man that works here doesn't know what he's doing ,and will try to over charge you every single time . He even tried to over charge me for a flat rate box, even though I know all of the prices . Thankfully I was able to correct him and get it fixed. I own a small business and ship all of the time ,  and know how much my packages should cost. If you don't know the prices and weights, do not come here,  because you will be swindled. It's a waste of time and a hassle, will be doing business elsewhere.

- 0 Stars - Forever a UPS and FedEx user now. I will gladly pay more for more friendly staff.

Experience was horrible to say the least. I had to pay for shipping twice. The staff was not very friendly and represented poor customer service qualities. I was asked to leave the counter to re-write an address label. I was not given proper instructions on shipping.

I guess I shouldn't expect much more from "this" unfortunate employee. I would hate my job too if I worked there.
