I just called this post office and spoke with Traci, she was extremely helpful, detailed and professional I must say that I'm impressed by the quality of service I received over the phone, she definitely surpassed my expectations from a USPS employee. This post office does have long lines some times but that's like any other post office or government institutions. The times I visited this location I did receive good service. Important note for apartment residents: USPS doesn't always deliver large packages to an apartment door as the number packages have increased tremendously, they will leave the package at the leasing office or take it back and leave a "delivery attempted" note in your mail box. I thought that my mail man/ woman was being lazy but they are just following the procedure.

Mail man NEVER delivers packages to my apartments front office even when there are workers in the office. Seen him first hand just say he couldn't deliver a package without even walking inside to the office. And when I call to talk to the post office i get put on hold for an hour every time. Even when it's not busy. Lazy staff. Worst post office in Arlington.

Dam 2017 and you still have racist people. WILL NEVER GO BACK I'LL DRIVE EXTRA 10 MILES BEFORE I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Couldn't get a name bc I was so pissed off.

My father sent me a package in the mail unfortunately he put the wrong address on it. So after calling and getting it straight I was told it will be sent back to the office near me and I would have to pick it up form there, fine. I wait two day just to make sure its there go and the manager 1st did not want to look for it because I did not have the card well hello i dont it never got to me but i showed him the tracking number he laughs and looked in the computer told me to wait. He comes back saying it will be forward I told him no it wont my mail forwarding has expired, i told him I was told its here playing making jokes way to much I need you to focus. Comes back saying its not there it has been sent back. I leave at this point i see he does not want to work. I get a text today saying my package hold time has expired and the package is getting sent back this whole time it been there for a month I'm pissed packages from my father cost a lot. Advise stop playing and do your job please.

The delivery people are the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. They routinely leave mailboxes open and deliver mail to the wrong apartments​. Big mistake ordering my birth certificate which they delivered to the wrong address but did not know which so I was unable to receive. The people inside the physical location are helpful and kind which is why I gave 3 stars.
