I live in an apartment community they deliver to and my mail sometimes doesnt make it. I rec'd crumpled up mail and other people's mail and sometimes my mail doesn't show up at all. We always have a different mail deliverer and suspect that this may have something to do with inconsistent delivery. I don't like bulk mail and wish that would stop, lol! I think its time for the Post Office to be privatized. Sink or swim, but NO MORE TAX PAYOR FUNDING. GOOD LUCK

I look forward to going to this postal location for many reasons. The friendly and helpful staff. My favorite is Paul, he gives a lighthearted atmosphere to the entire place. The place is always clean and inviting and even when they are extremely crowded they try to make every customer feel important and valued.

Horrible customer service. I stood in line not knowing that there were 2 separate lines. One for postal mail and one for passport. So when I got to the front of the line I had to go back to the end of the line for passports! I waited and one guy and one lady was doing mail and one lady was doing passports. Then when it was time for the next passport customer to come she switched and said she has to take care of the mail line instead of us because her manager requested it. Mind you I had already been in the line for 20 minutes! And there were 2 people already in front of me! So I figured she would take a few mail outs and get back to us.. NO! As soon as the line would go down more people would come! So we literally stood her for a total of an hour! There are two other women walking around in regular clothes that wouldn't help . They were just standing behind the computers looking. Finally the line is GONE and one of the ladies that was just standing around looking (gold hair at top) finally asked if anyone needed to take a passport to line up to the back room. I mean this is something we could have gotten out the way that whole time she was standing there not doing anything productive when there's probably more than 10 people waiting to get a passport! This was a horrible experience. They aren't concerned with people's time? I came in at 11:35 and it's literally 12:37 as I'm typing this and my picture is just now being taken and cut 😡 They need to do better.! I see why they are rated at a 2.5 review

The self service kiosk here is really good. I can do what I need to do even when the main office isn't open. Thanks!
