It is not possible to penetrate the phone computer menu, to reach a human being at this post office. We have not received mail for two days in our neighborhood and I wanted to know why, but there is no way possible in the automated phone computer menu to ask or reach a human being. It all boils down to the people working at this location. For many, many years, we had the same postal carrier named Bobby and he was ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE. He was never late! It was great when Bobby delivered mail to our neighborhood, but since he's been gone, we have very poor service, if any.

My co worker and i just left this facility and omg all i can say is very very bad service here. We went in to get a passport at 9:30 and keep in mind the doors open at 9 am. The man with glasses DAN asked the lady in front of us how he could help her and said she had questions about a passport and he said he has no knowledge of it but he could find someone that can help her so he did. The lady answered the customers questions and while they were talking "DAN" asked us how could he help us and we said were here to get a passport. He stated that the lady answering the questions could help us too. We said okay thank you. Then when the lady was done answering the questions DAN told her we needed help too. She told him she had other things to do. So he looks at us and says he has no one to help us at this time. That the person that does the passports is on lunch and the next person wont be in until 10 am. I mentioned to DAN your post office opens up at 9 am and your facility has no one to do the passports until 10 am? That doesn't sound right at all. We asked to speak to his supervisor he said ok let me let her know. DAN came back up font and said that she stated that they are not able to do anything. We asked for him to call her up front so he buzzed for her to come up and she did. She looked at DAN and said yes? He told her they want to speak to you. She said about ? the passports? I stepped in and said yes ma'am about the passports. We are needing to get one. can you please help us. She said no i don't have any one here at the time to help. I said how is it that you don't have anyone here to help? your facility opens up at 9 am and you have no one to do passports? she got loud and rude with us. I asked her for her name and told her i was going to report her because she didn't handle the situation right at all she was upset for the fact that DAN buzzed for her upfront to talk to us. she started to right her name down and said go ahead and do what you need to. I said I will she asked who was i going to report her to. I said to the post office or anyone that will listen to me. She stop writing her name ans said she didn't have to deal with me at all and walked off with out giving me her name. I asked DAN he stated her name was 'MILLIE" if its true or not who knows but i honesty think this location is the worse post office ever!!!!! unprofessional and i live here in Arlington and down the street from this location and i will never go there again. I will make comments about this locations. ONLINE and OVER THE PHONE.

Wont answer the phone honestly I request a re-delivery on the 12th and it's been 4 days already, my package supposed to be here today but there are no update what so ever. Tried to call 10 f times to see if I can pick it up, but they hung up on me. Update So i called on today the lady with an accent picked up the phone I just ask a question if I can pick it up and she hung up on me what kind of service is this. You were paid to do your job not getting pay for bad service i'd give a 0 star if I could

Bad service!!! I can't believe that the guy with a glasses he shout at me. Just because I am not USA citizen? I am here for asking help! Not for asking bad service!

Closed on a Friday with no information posted on the website. It's for an Arlington festival. No one answers the phone and there is no messaging system so you can know more about when you can access the building again.
