IT'S A SMALL POST OFFICE WITH A BIG HEART! Manteca has a small town feel, and this post office reflects it. I love just about everyone that works there. Out of all the times I have been there (which is a lot because of grand babies and stepson that live out of state) I only had 2 times that I didn't leave smiling. I don't see that person there anymore anyways. There is a great little Trophy store that does copies and faxes a couple doors down. I will use the Maple st. Post office and that little store before I use UPS or Office max ...Hope this helps you

One of the mail carriers likes to take my packages. I have received my packages opened and empty. My mail is also being delivered all over my neighborhood and I get my neighbors mail.When I tried calling the office to report it no one answered the phone, ever.

I ship packages at this post office twice a month to three times a week, the staff is always very friendly and helpful to me and my toddler, especially Monica and Sheldon. Yes you need to buy your own packing tape if you need scotch tape you should be more specific. A lot of mail problems can only be handled online through their website which is what a lot of people don't realize and come in to the post office angry about one thing or another instead of coming in and politely asking to speak with the postmaster like they should so the staff does occasionally get some bad rap from these said people

I ASKED THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER NAMED SHELDON FOR A PEACE OF SCRATCH TAPE SO I CAN TAPE THE LABEL OVER THE PACKAGE HE SAID NO YOU HAVE TO BUY TAPE!!! All my life I've never been in this kinda of situation!!! So I went to the pick up mail window and a nice lady was there and gave me tape!! I can't believe they have People like SHELDON working there!!!

This post office is so cheap that they could not even give me a second receipt. The lady that was working at 4 pm on the far right side on march 1st was down right rude about it and was not willing to work with me or even help come up with a solution. Now I will not be reimbursed for this shipping by the manufacturer's product I was sending back because they are so cheap that they couldnt even print out a second receipt. If it was not required by the manufacturer to send this product from the post office I would not have sent the package that way. I do NOT recommend going to this post office!!
