Arrived five minutes before closing to find the door already locked. Only had to drop off a package that was already labeled and paid. The clerks saw me walk up but ignored me when I knocked on the glass.

The people working in this Post Office are knowledgeable, patient, well-trained, neighborly-friendly, and efficient. They are pro-active. I pass up locations of other Post Offices or leave the office in a rush in order to get here to do my business by closing time. I use all kinds of services, everything from passports to overseas packages to certified mail. They also are patient and kind with those who don't use the Post Office much and the disabled and elderly--a real positive force in the Mt. Washington community. Let's help them keep it that way!

i sell things on ebay so i have to mail a lot of things out , well 90% of what i mail out comes back with a little yellow sticker telling me something is wrong ,  so i go in and ask why was this sent back to my house and i get the dumbest stuff , basically they are opening all my mail and inspecting it at this location then sending it back for no real reason. i for real think something is deeply wrong with this place and it is in a bad area , someone should shut this place down forever ,

Travis is great.  The rest of the staff - - not so much.  So I had to give Travis at least one star.

This has happened not once, but THREE times in as many weeks:

Even home pick up is a pain because walking mail carriers do not want to take a two day priority service envelope from my house.  That means an unnecessary trip to the post office to drop off an envelope which I paid to be picked up at my house in the first place.

Totally dislike this branch.

They treat their employees like garbage. Management violates the Letter Carrier's contract every single day. Huge amounts of money is wasted by management.
