Overall, it's good enough. Most USPS branches are understaffed at this point. The Oakley Post Office has the same challenges. One reviewer mentioned the breakdown of service when people come in to do passports which is true and one staff member said that some days they have 30 or more to do. So, the question really is, "Do you have any other choices?" Over the past 20 years, I have found the staff to be helpful and polite but they may be frustrated that the public blames them for the situation.

I would give this place zero starts if I could.  Always only one person working.  You will probably get stuck behind someone getting a passport and have to wait 15-20 minutes.  They act annoyed that they have to actually do their job.  No idea why they only have one person working.

Unbelievably rude, and unbelievably slow. The sit hidden away talking while customers at at the desk waiting. I think they make up rules to frustrate customers, ex. must buy tape for $7 even though she just used a half a roll of her tape on another customers package.

Attempted repeatedly to reach them by phone. Every time it went to the Fax machine. All afternoon.
