My dodge ram was cutting off while driving. I 1st took it to a local shop. They did several things to try and fix it. One thing they did was replace the computer with a aftermarket computer. After 2 attempts to fix it, I took it to University Dodge in Anniston. They first couldn't get it to cut off for them. I took it home and then it started cutting off again. I took it back to them. This time they told me they found the problem. I had some ground wire problems. They replaced the wires. I paid over $600. Went to drive my truck home, It would not even start. So I left my truck at the dealership. Later they called and said I needed a new battery so they could run a test on the electrical system. I told them to replace it, but why wasn't I told this when they 1st tested it. Then they decided it was my computer. I just had my computer replaced at the 1st shop. The computer was under warranty. University Dodge pulled the computer and I sent it back to be tested. The test concluded that nothing was wrong with the computer. I then had to pay for the computer to be sent back to me. When I showed the lead mechanic the results. He told me that it is not working and what did you expect them to say. He told me I needed a computer from dodge. It would cost over $700. He couldn't promise that if I put a factory computer on it, that my problems would be fixed. I decided to tow it to Marc's Auto in Jacksonville. Marc said nothing was wrong with my computer. Marc replaced my coils and I haven't had a problem since. Marc's Auto will get all of my business.

On my recent visit I was scheduled for an oil change, rotation and balance. I was met with a smiling face and personable service. They were very thorough and helpful with accommodating my needs. I will be using them again and definitely recommend to others.

I want to thank Fred Martin for working with me and helping me get into my Kia sorento very nice family car. He help me get the monthly price I needed. Thanks to him no everyone who made that possible. After the tornado to almost everything from us. I was relieved to have something I needed. Thank you so much.

I bought my wife a used 2016 Challenger R/T Shaker with 16k miles on it a few weeks ago here. At first the experience was pretty good. She had to go back two days later so she could sign her part. She gave them her set of keys to her trade in and asked for the second set to the Challenger. They told her they couldn't find them and that they wouldn't replace them since it's a used car. I spent $250 on a new fob and having it programmed and a key cut. Two days ago on the same day I received my payment book from the finance company the salesman called to let me know they found the second key fob. I called back to ask if they can give me some kind of compensation for me having to replace a key that they had all along. I mainly asked for coupons for free oil changes at my local dealer since they are an hour and a half from me. He said he would see what he could do but they normally would only do it at that dealer. I haven't heard back and probably won't. Also the day my wife signed her papers they didn't give her anything but the extended warranty contract. They didn't give her the bill of sale or title application. I had to call a few times before they finally emailed me the paperwork. From what I was told this dealer has all new employees but that's still no excuse for the poor customer service. I've bought 4 brand new Dodge vehicles and 1 used Dodge all from local Dodge dealers in central AL but I refuse to do business at this dealer again.
