We had a great experience at Donohoo! They direct you to the back of the store & have you search their inventory online & choose the cars you would like to test drive. Once you’ve chosen your cars they pull them around 2 at a time & let you take them on a test drive by yourself. There is zero pressure & no salesmen hovering over you the whole time, but they are readily available to answer any questions you have. Once we chose our car the process went very smooth & quickly. Since buying the car we have noticed a couple of small things we would like fixed & they have agreed & taken care of them promptly! Over all we had a wonderful experience & would gladly use Donohoo again.

The visit @ Donohoo Auto was excellent... Awesome customer service, nice environment!!! Their set up for inventory is quick & easy  it's not a headache to find what your looking for whether it's vehicle, prices, or mileage your searching... Their staff is awesome friendly.... Doesn't take long to make your pick & ride away in your dream car quick!!!!! THANKS YOU GUY'S!!!!

Donohoo auto is hands down the best place to purchase a car! I purchased my first car in 2016 and just purchased my second one. Their service is fantastic. When you walk in the receptionist are ready to help you in choosing what you wanna test drive and they do not hassle you. You can test drive as many cars as you like and it's no rush in anything. All of the salesman are friendly and knowledgeable. I will always purchase my cars from them. You can never go wrong with doing business with donohoo. I advise anyone to purchase a car from them.

Pros: Super nice. Great inventory. Very easy process. No dealing with 6 different people. No pressure. 

(Sort of) Cons: Investment into your wants could be better. Really have to dig yourself to find the best rate, even if you’ve found the perfect car, which is a big part of the experience. But that’s a case by case situation. 

All in all a great place to buy I car. I would recommend this place to anyone vs the usual dealership.

I frequent Pelham, AL and never knew I was so close to such an outstanding dealership. The test drive process is unlike any I've seen at a dealer. The cars are exceptionally clean and in great condition. And best of all.... No ridiculous, hidden add-on fees. I was extremely pleased to find that the admin fee was only $199.00, unlike so many other dealers I've purchased from that charge upwards of $400.00 for "admin" fees.

And let's not forget the awesome sales associate, Eugene! 

I'll buy from here again. As a matter of fact, just a week later I'm already looking at something else on their lot.
