We have purchased three cars now from Pelham Driver's Way and I can't be more satisfied with the 
them.  The salesperson, Daniel Sullivan, was hands on friendly, caring, quick, I am over the moon amazed at how knowledgeable he is with his job and how honest he was with us.  I can honestly I would never go anywhere else for our used car purchases.  The first car I purchased was in 1999. I put 398,000 miles on that car and would recommend drivers way over and over to anyone that wants a great used certified car with warranty and all the assurance of knowing the vehicle you purchase is going to be a great one.  The no haggle price is something that makes it less stressful. Being able to apply online and get pre-approved before you ever step in is awesome.  We picked out a car did all the paperwork via phone and email then all we had to do was come in and sign get our car and go.  WOW!!!  no one else in the state can do that the way Driver's Way does. I recently purchased either my fourth or fifth vehicle from Bruno Riechert at Driver's Way.  Bruno is without question the best car salesman I have ever encountered.  He is knowledgeable about all aspects of all of the vehicles.  He shares the pros and the cons of each vehicle and always gives a thorough and honest answer, no matter how many questions I ask.  I always feel like a much more informed consumer after dealing with him.  The paperwork process was quick and simple, and, within a couple of hours, I was out the door.  I strongly recommend Bruno and Driver's Way.

We were looking for a specific vehicle that we had seen online. Heather Carter took care of us from minute one, and let us test drive two vehicles to compare the one we wanted with something else in case we chnged our mind. We didn't. After this, we had some issues with our financing and she made sure the vehicle we wanted was waiting for us several days until we solved everything. Plus, she explained the kind of cars that are available without leading us towards the most expensive one. A+ for her and the car we bought.

Was able to speak with Terence over the phone about a vehicle I was interested in, as I was going to be driving from Georgia to the Pelham location.  When my wife and I arrived on Saturday, the vehicle was out front and ready to go for a test drive.  He and the Driver's Way staff even allowed us to have a few days to get it to a mechanic we trust in ATL to look the vehicle over, to make sure we were completely satisfied before finalizing the sale.  One of the best dealer experiences I've had!

Terence Corprew was the consummate professional while helping us find the right Honda Odyssey for us. He was efficient and friendly, a nice balance between building rapport and helping us get home with our car as soon as possible. I like the Driver's Way model for car sales. You have all the information you want to select the car and Terence guided us through the process.
