My husband and I stopped in on our way to another dealership and we're treated so nice. . No high pressure sales people, just nice and friendly. It was very cold out, so our sales rep talked to us about what we were looking for. She then went out and brought a couple of great choices around so we didn't have to wander around in the cold. Angela was great from start to finish! The managers were extremely nice too.
I would definitely recommend going through Enterprise. .Also, you have peace of mind too because you know they inspect the cats thoroughly when they are returned from rental.

The experience was fantastic.  The team was courteous, knowledgable and helpful.  They not only met our expectations they greatly exceeded them.  Angie, Chase and J.D., I will be back to see you the next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

This is my first time writing a review. Please excuse the longevity of this post, but I felt it was necessary to explain why I have such a high opinion of this business. 

This team fully understands the meaning of "service". I can't vouch for this establishment enough. The high quality selection of cars is only half the experience, the other half is the high quality people who meet you in the parking lot with a smile on their face and make it their mission to find you the perfect car.  My fiance and I were first time car buyers and very uneducated in the car buying process. Angie (our sales expert) made it her mission to keep a lookout for our perfect vehicle and contacted us immediately when it arrived on the lot. She let us test drive countless cars and answered even more countless questions.  Her warm, friendly attitude is truly what made the choice to buy the car at Enterprise so very easy.  Shaun and JD (managers) both helped to educate us on the financing options and guided us to choose the option that best suited our needs. Not once were we made to feel rushed into making a decision by this kick-ass duo (we wrapped up everything at 10:45 pm and I was wanting to kick me out).  Even Ryan Carroll pitched in a hand helping us to remove a stubborn car tag from our trade-in as he was walking to his car to go home for the night. 

If you feel like your used car buying experience just doesn't feel right, please come here and experience the difference, or save your time and come here to start with. 

Also, the quality and value of their inventory is unbelievable as well!

After having bad customer service somewhere else this was a breath of fresh air! Angie and Chase Carroll were amazing in every way possible. Friendly, patient, funny and kind! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Do yourself a favor and go see this amazing team of people!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Pelham and were very happy with the car, the service and truly appreciate the attention given us by Shaun Allen  our Senior Sales Consultant.  Our vehicle and warranty we purchased is awesome and our experience couldn't have been any better. Thank you Shaun and Chase ( who was terrific as well)! We're loving our "new" car! We're spreading the word about you and plan to buy every car from y'all! Great deal!
