I called looking for a shoe and the girl who answered went above and beyond; she took down my name and phone number to check if they had a shoe I was looking for and when they didn't she ended up calling footlocker for me and putting it on hold. Such Amazing customer service. Definitely plan on shopping at this urban more often. Seriously made my day.

Parking can be difficult, try the other parking lot in the back.
