I was invited to a baby shower, and the recipient was registered at PBK.  Unfortunately, I waited too long to order on line, so I decided to call the local PBK at South Coast Plaza and ask them if they carried the items I was interested in.  NANCY, the clerk who assisted me, not only told me that they did, but pulled the items for me and held them until I could come pick them up.  She was so friendly and personable on the telephone, I looked forward to meeting her!  When I did meet her, I wasn't disappointed.  She had the items ready for me, and she helped me find just the right item to go along with those things.  She was helpful, professional, personable, and a perfect representative of what makes PBK great!  I also had the opportunity to meet TINA, the store manager, and she was also enthusiastic and charming.  I love PBK South Coast Plaza!
