I bought 2 unlock phones from Best buy due to the fact the agent stating it would work on any network. The problem it did not work on any network and I went back to return the phone and some guy with a man bun said I have to pay 35 stocking fee on each phone! I explained the error but the man bun was not interested in helping and called a manager who knew nothing about cellphones and had a serious Australian accident and refuse to help until the department manager comes in, made me wait 2 hours and she was a no show! I had to come back a second day before they gave me a full refund. Never buy here again!

Great Store. Nothing like buying your favorite electronic products in person. I like Amazon prime and all of that online ordering, but its nice to see some of them n person . Example buying a TV

Lines take FOREVER!!!!! Tried to return something and the 3 people ahead of me took 30 min. Also impossible to get any help in the store. No wonder Best Buy's are going out of business. Also no signage for where to do returns so I waited in the wrong line for another 5 min

Did not honor their return policy. Even after I called HQ as they said I should do. Just lost a lifelong customer. Good job best buy .

Horrible c/s . bought an Amazon Tablet on line, of course it didn't work. Sent my spouse to get exchange and they would not. They would do a larger tablet though? Nobody seemed to know what the hell policy was. Management was worst. My spouse is not techy, so they Hustled him. No return was asked. 👿👿never Costa Mesa!!!!
