The lady that works there is always ready to fight. Won't listen before she answers in a very rude way. She has no idea what customer service is. I have the same experience with this lady twice, first in person, and today 7/12/17 over the phone. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!! Teacher CS or get rid of her. In the meantime I'm going to another office further away but not getting this treatment. No way!

The black fat woman with short hair has very bad service, even asked to pay for the tape to seal the envelopes, I never met such bad person, didn't responsible at all , and even said it's ok not to seal the envelop to shop to Florida , Gosh, what service is it, why hired such person

It is a very busy post office one part of it is self service you go through the next so doors and there are people there that help you with packages weighing them putting the stamps on it the addresses very friendlyi

Horrible experience at this location. "Cheryl" was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Perhaps it was because I interrupted her smoke break (breath was NASTY and smelled like cigarettes) - I don't know but I will never step foot in this location again! If you hate your job that much, give it to someone who needs it and wants to be there.
