USPS indicated by way of text message to my mobile phone that at 2:04pm on July 3, 2017, the postal service agent attempted a delivery and left a notice of that attempt. There was no notice on my condo door, nor was there a notice accidentally affixed to my neighbor's door. I checked the surrounding grounds, and there was no notice. I checked my mailbox, which is under lock and key, and there was no notice.

I have experienced several of these fabricated notifications from this post office claiming to have delivered a package and/or notice of delivery attempt, and none were true. The service inside the physical location is top-notch, but when it comes to delivery services, this location fails miserably.

I wish Amazon would stick with just reliable carriers such as UPS, and refrain from passing delivery to the United States Postal Service. It has become a sad theme that our government in so many facets fails us when it comes time to remit services, services that we pay for, but they never fail when it comes time to take money from our pockets. They're always on time, and many times even attempt to take more.

This place can’t pick up packages from my company there customer service is garbage I’ve filed complaints online and they only resolve them selves for a limited time I expect more from our postal service.
The Freehold nj office constistantly delivers us the wrong mail and we have to sort it out and distribute it ourselves because of the short comings. This outfit also continues to not pick up our 20-30 plus packages on a daily basis leaving our customers waiting another day don’t plan on using them for your business needs very unreliable what a joke our postal system is here in Freehold zero stars

Call waiting time always says 1 hour . But it takes way longer then that for someone to pick up the phone I work for the state and I'm never home during business hours. I only have an hour lunch. Ive been trying to get my car running for a month now and the part says its at the front desk. But when I use vacation time to show up they just ask me for my number and tell me they will contact me if they find my misplaced part. This is very stressful migraines everyday I call

Terrible calling experience. No one to speak with, even after dealing with the automatic voice command system for over 30 minutes. Useless.

I would give zero stars if I could. These people are totally inept. EVERY SINGLE package delivery from them is late. EVERY SINGLE one. I pay extra to have things shipped express and these ppl can't ever track it down. Wonder what tracking numbers are for??? Every time something says it's out for delivery it gets interrupted and I am forced to wait another day even though I have paid for express delivery. These ppl don't care and don't want to help. They are the most incompetent, useless ppl I have ever come across.
