I'm not Carol Smith. My name is Audrey R Williams. I contacted the Post Office-North Creek Blvd today. It was essential that I speak with someone in management The automated system doesn't allow you the opportunity to speak with anyone; not even an associate. I was very frustrated and decided I'll just have to go there tomorrow in person. This is so irritating!

I had my first bad experience at this post office. They gave my package out to someone else and has not refunded me for the money I spent when ordering my package. The post master was unprofessional and did not want to speak with me. I contacted the complaint line and the guy I speak with kept lying that he was go call me back and never did. I really needed my package and I work hard for money, but I really think that an employee took my package home for themselves. Now these peoples look at me like I'm the crazy one when they lost my package. Dumb fools and unprofessional

The only reason they get one star is because they will deliver a an overnight package eventually, one day, usually with an empty or severely damaged box. Amazon says that they are by far the worst delivery service that they use and get the most complaints about. I have jad three packages from this post office either delivered with a note apologizing for losing the wrather expensive jewelry, or delivered the other two simply not delivered or received weeks later. Luckily They were from Amazon and they either refunded money. Look at what your deliverie options are and if it says USPS just go biy it somewhere. And this office in Greenwood rude staff, coukd cate less wether you get your package or mail or not. I was actually told I coukd drive to Atlanta and see if the main hub might have my package. Unbelievable!

Does any Government run service work???? Just horrible service, if a private run business was this bad they would have shuttered the windows.

Literally the most difficult postal facility to contact I have ever experienced. Phone was busy the 30 plus times I called. Once someone did bother to answer, they had NO answer to where the package I sent was. Nor have they deemed it necessary to call me back like I was told they would. Unfortunately the bureaucratic nightmare of USPS literally makes it an all day effort to get anything resolved. 3 days later and still no resolution.
