I went to the Greer. South Carolina post office on December 16. The line was out the door but moving fast.  I was quite surprised that the  clerks   We're all upbeat pleasant and very happy people.    I was there around noon time and even though it was busy they wished everybody a great day and you could tell it was  sincere.

Never use this post office, the post master has no idea what he is doing or the policy or procedures of USPS. He will tell you whatever just to get off the phone and will be rude about it the entire time. Not sure how you get to that position and be so ignorant, it's beyond me and says allot about USPS as a whole. I know all post offices suck but do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I have been on hold for almost two hours trying to contact a usps representative to fix a simple issue with my package that was suppose to be delivered a month ago. Only after I contacted 4 post offices did one of them pick up. Next they told me they can't help me without hearing my problem, and sent me another number. It connect me to some kind of emergency contact number for my greer usps. I try to resolve my package issue, but before I can even get a sentence out he starts talking as fast as a movie at x4 speed. Tells me I have to contact them during there normal business hours says thank you and hangs up. I called over a hour before any store closed, and sat on hold for 2 hours to resolve a issue that would have taken 5 mins.

I have never seen such horrible customer service, and would highly recommend using ups or fedex because this people obviously don't understand how to help customers.

They hardly ever answer their phones and the mail carrier they have on my route never delivers my mail sometimes they place it in someone else's mailbox I've complained few times bout this issue

This is my favorite post office in this area. Everybody is always so friendly, helpful and efficient.
