They are terrible at delivering to the correct address, there are only 4 streets and 110 homes in my subdivision. Yet somehow they can’t operate with integrity. I receive this message more time than I care to count. Sorry we missed you. We tried, but we weren't able to deliver your package today. You can reschedule the delivery by visiting USPS Redelivery or you can pick up your package from the post office listed on the notice of attempted delivery. Sure wish they had ACTUALLY left a notice of attempted delivery. I also know for a fact they didn’t even attempt to deliver at my home because all 4 exteriors entrances are monitored by 24/7 video and audio recording from 2 different angles. I’ll pay extra for UPS/FEDEX to ensure the USPS doesn’t get their illiterate/thief hands on my packages.

One star only because zero stars is not an option. I consistently get mail that is not mine and sometimes go days without receiving any mail. On the days when there is no mail and I was expecting a package with a tracking number the tracking information shows delivery was attempted and notice left. This on a day when they didn't even pick up outgoing mail let alone attempt a delivery, plus there was no notice left that I could find. This is falsifying documents and records. Service has become noticeably poorer in the last 18 months.

On four separate occasions this year, this post office has lied on tracking information to avoid having to deliver packages on the weekend. Once going so far as to say they couldn't deliver my package because they couldn't get past my gate. I do not have a gate. In addition, at least once per week, I receive mail with different addresses on it. On one occasion, four different addresses on the same day. These problems have been addressed directly to this post office. Though follow-up has been promised, I have never been contacted back by this post office, nor has there been any improvement in the quality of service.

This is the worst post office I've ever had experience with. Regardless of if I'm home or not, my mailman won't even try to deliver my packages unless it fits in my mailbox. I have to get everything shipped to my Parent's house because these guys refuse to deliver mail and judging by the reviews they do the same thing to everyone else. If I ever get an option I use FedEx or UPS. Would advise everyone else to do the same. I've lost a lot of money due to these guys not delivering my mail. And don't even bother trying to call them, the line is always busy.

My wife and I moved to this area from northern Indiana we used the postal service guidelines for address change but after arriving we had no mail for 2 weeks. Maybe it wasn’t Simpsonville fault ,but now we get no mail delivered on Saturday 2 times on Monday . What are they doing? Is this the norm for this area?
