Decent place compared to others I've been to. They have the right amount of people working the front depending on a amount of customers. No insane lines like some other USPS locations.

Guy is rude. Package in the AM was in Osseo and in the afternoon was Hopkins because they don't have all the "man power" to sort through "hundreds of packages."  Will go with someone else for package delivery for now on.

Convenient location and hours for Hopkins residents. However, there's little to no parking space during regular business hours. Wish they would do something about it given the amount of traffic that comes for the postal service.

I had to call in twice to find a package that was three days late and marked as "out for delivery" for two days. I left my number the first time, no one called me back. Called back the next day and they tell me the package didn't have my name on it (?). They were rude about the entire thing and made it out to be my fault. What a nightmare.

Don't waste your time. Drive to the next closest USPS branch. You will thank me later. Terrible customer service in-house, basically got yelled at my an elderly man working behind the counter for coming in and along for a Passport application. Was told to call if I had additional questions. Called, no one ever answered. Called again and left a message no one ever called back.
