The delivery service has gone downhill over the last several years. About 10-15% of the time packages are marked No Access/Blocked/Delivered and nothing shows up at my address. They have shown up several days later in most cases. Days where no mail is delivered, then a ton of it comes.

The service at the counter is usually good. There was one time I had to go there to pick up a letter that had to be signed for, and asked for it at the counter. The guy disappeared for a few minutes, came back, threw his hands in the air, said I don't know where it is. So I said check again, the slip said it here for me to pick up. He went off for several minutes, and came back with letter...

I gave two cards to a temporary mail person at my house , with proper postage (she checked them).  I told her they had to get there in time for Valentine's Day in New Hampshire  - 6 days away, she said no problem.  One valentine came, the other did not - my 3 year old grandson was understandably sad when he saw his little sister had a card and he did not.  It's sad and inconvenient - now needing to go out and get cards and stickers all over again. SO disappointed. PS/  The second card arrived a few days later - so ten days after I mailed it.

Horrible service, wouldn’t listen to a thing I said and just kept refusing to listen to me. Why does this government agency continue to exist when incompetence is their bottom line

I give your post office more than 5 stars!
Thank you for your excellent service for almost 5 years.
Tim, who is now retired would be second to no one!
He was so kind, bringing biscuits to my little dogs everyday.
Even if I didn't get mail, he would come up to greet. Bernie and Tootsie every day!  It was the highlight of everyday around 11:00
Now, hopefully Scott will be our delivery man.  He has surely taken to
Tims, kindness and brings treats everyday.

Hours make it impossible for a normal person to get anything done. They keep leaving my letters and packages here and I’m forced to take time off of work to retrieve them before they send them back in 3 days. Unbelievable.
