Baffled at the low ratings. This USPS location is the best I have experienced in Memphis, and I drive out of my way to come to this location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lines are usually short and move quickly. I appreciate when the delivery worker leaves large packages on the doorstep (always rings the bell). Better than having to travel during business hours to retrieve! If reviewers are in bad sections (of Bartlett?) simple common sense dictates having valuable packages deliver to work address. Thankful for this location - it's a bright light in the USPS system!

I'm not sure why this office has such low ratings. I've been using this office for over ten years and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I've even called this office before and they answered me promptly. Considering all the government cuts in postal services, everyone here works as quickly as possible. I've never had mail or packages lost or not delivered within expected dates. Managing thousands of packages constantly and having everything delivered perfectly every single time is impossible; cut these people some slack.

Packages are left outside our business when no one is present, nothing quite like product sitting out in the open ripe for the picking. We only live in one of the most crime infested cities in America so by all means let’s leave not one, not two, but four packages of business goods out side of the business door unsecured on a day we are CLOSED. Our regular mail carrier is great, but lord forbid the man take a day off and someone without a brain delivers for him. Craziness, absolute disregard for people’s belongings.

They refused to deliver our mail now because our mailbox is broken, its still in our front yard standing up, just not in the ground, the mail people are too damn lazy to get out and place it in our mailbox, i have important packages and mail neeed to be delivered i have waited almost two weeks now, and they mark it unable to be delivered ?? UNNACCEPTABLE!

paid for usps tracking of a first class business envelope, to an addressee out of this post office. could not delivery this mail for one of 3 different reasons of which the post office would not specify which one. my grand daughter went to post office the day after the notice was placed on the on-line tracking and spoke with post master Greta ......, with the tracking number, and she could not find the envelope either. so much for paying extra for tracking of a business letter!
