Wasn’t receiving mail at my new address and I went in to speak to a woman name Amber. She made sure she found the solution and called me back about my mail. She was nice and went above and beyond to help me ! Thank You !

Although the service is slow and they are short staffed, the workers there are always friendly. Although the area is growing, Oakland is still a small town. I don't expect the post office to accommodate heavier traffic until the town is built up more.

Completely outdated facility for growing area. Could utilize better customer assistance especially additional support during busy hours. They have had complaints about mail mismanagement, missing, damaged, etc.

They are slow. My packages never nor my mail are ever on time.. and this has only been an issue I've dealt with in Oakland tn.. pretty sure our delivery person skips our street or our block..

The building layout is a little awkward; there's a tiny, stuffy room behind a closed door which you go in to be helped. Workers here are pretty typical government employees, trying to keep their heads up while getting by.
