I never thought you could be so upset with the mail man. Bruce just told me that because my apartments haven’t fixed my mailbox that I won’t get any mail at all unless I get a PO box or manage to stake out the mailbox every day. Mind you my carrier comes at different times every day and I work for a living so that’s impossible. I’m LIVID!!!!

I love on Kenneth. My letter carrier constantly ignore the fact that my flap is up and I have bills in my box for delivery. Today is the last day of not saying anything. This carrier will be reported. Im tired of the b.s.

They are ghetto as hell. And this is coming from a black woman.  All the way from management to the carriers. I even saw my carrier (who's pregnant) pulled over the side of the street in the car with some man! Like ... aren't you supposed to be delivering mail? She had the emergency lights just blinking on the mail truck while she was in the car talking. Kerwin is a secluded side street that hardly anyone rides down. So she picked a smart place to be laid up. I understand it's the summer time and it's hot, but if you need to take frequent breaks to chill or cuddle with your lover in the car... please release the position to someone else. They take a long time to deliver the mail when they're little walking distance from our area. And let's not get started on the packages. They lie and say they left a ticket, but they don't! Then they try to stuff your packages in your mailbox. I'm starting to believe you have to be from the gutter to work for USPS. They won't hire you unless you can prove you have a bad attitude, crazy red hair or golds all in your mouth. Ratchet !

Had a mail carrier steal my package. Literally watched it happen from inside my house. It wouldn't fit in the mailbox so she just threw it in the back of her mail truck but it was scanned and I was notified that it was left in the mailbox. It wasn't.

We frequently have problems with the mail person leaving the door open with our mail in the box. The other day I went to check the mail and they had shoved ALL 5 of these packages in there, just wadded up, and left the door open because it wouldn't close. I realize it's hot outside, but do your job...if it doesn't fit, bring it to the door! Then yesterday, we had 2 packages. The mail lady brought one to the door. My husband got a tracking text that said they attempted to deliver the other package and left a notice (they didn't!), because there wasn't a secure location to leave it. We were HOME, with the door open. My son got the first package off the porch as the mail lady was walking back to her truck. That makes no sense. Our mail people are lazy!!
