Unprofessional. They say that they made an attempt to deliver a package to me at 4:00pm. I wasn't there. It's a business I'm open to 7:00pm. Tunica post office needs more postman wanting to do their job. Going to write to the postage general. It happened more than once.

The carrier is always delivering to the wrong mailbox and when you call the post office on Tunica the attitude with the supervisor is awful she cuts the conversation short and make it seem like you're wrong I feel as if I'm the carrier I'm always delivering mail to the correct address not the first complaint I've made please let them bring my regular carrier back

I rent a PO box at this office and the doors are locked at 5:30 pm and then on Saturday sometimes they don't unlock them at all. How are we able to check our boxes with these after? Normally it use to be open 24hrs, then one day they changed it until 7:30pm with no notice, now its open until 5:30pm. How can people who work regular business hours check their POBox? This is bad customer service. This particular day on 5/27/2017 I came to check my box at 7am the lobby is closed, I then returned at 11:30am the lobby is still closed. Monday is memorial day so I'll have to wait until Tuesday 5/30/2017 to check again. Epic failure and I work for the postal service, I don't have this type of time and gas money to be playing around.

Unbelievably bad experience with the US postal service from start to finish. Paid for "Guaranteed overnight Delivery." They failed. Claimed they tried to deliver but we were at home the whole time. Delivery driver either an idiot, liar or both. No wonder the USPS is in the tank. No accountability. No customer service. I'd be wholly embarrassed to be in any way associated with this circus.

Due to the very short hours (on top of my work hours) of operation and none Saturday, to be signed for items cannot be received. I cannot take off on a whim just get to the post office.
