Is it that difficult to deliver a package. You have 1 job, deliver. If you can't do your one job then you are useless. This post office is pitiful. I live 2 blocks away and they can't deliver a package because they are to dumb to function. I'm about to call the police because I believe someone working there stole my package. Seriously this place needs to be shut down and everyone fired. I would hate for anyone to employ such morons. You have one job, so do it you idiots. Do what you get paid for you scum

I had been anxiously waiting for the arrival of my Bachelors diploma to come in the mail. Of could it was in a large envelope that had DO NOT FOLD on it! Of course what does the deliverer do... fold the diploma into my mailbox! Such a disappointment. Because there was 4 magazines and 7 other pieces of mail on top of it. The corner was folded in a completely different direction. It is safe to say my diploma is not in the condition I expected on it arrival! It’s impossible to call in and speak with a manager when the phone is off the hook! I see why people are willing to spend more to ship items. If I was given an option on the delivery method... I most definitely wouldn’t have chosen them!

The mail carriers will give your packages to a total stranger. Also, when they are past the noted delivery date specified on the USPS website, the carrier will enter an alert to stating that they have "No Access". The post master for this location should be removed and replaced with someone who can properly train his team. The level of services presented by the Cordova post office is terrible. They have yet to deliver my packages from last week. Are they stealing the mail or burning it?

Worst post office - EVER. Every time I go into the post office, the people working there are rude. The self-serve machines are broken and not working properly. I live in this post office's territory and I get my mail at random times. Literally, we get mail at 7PM! Today is Wednesday and we have not had mail delivery since LAST THURSDAY. Monday was a holiday, but we got nothing on Friday or Saturday. Someone was home all day yesterday and I got a message that a package was "attempted to be delivered" and no one answered. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The doorbell never rang and I have no mail in my box. They did not deliver yesterday and they simply included information that they attempted delivery of that package. When we do get mail, we get stuff for the people who live one street over all the time. I have actually stopped the mail carrier and told her that she is delivering us the wrong mail several times a month. She made an excuse about "sharing the route" and nothing has changed.

UPDATE: Despite the promising words of several USPS supervisors and customer service reps the issue has gotten worse. The carrier just left a package laying on the ground at my mailbox today instead of trying to deliver it to my door. I didn't have a choice this post office does not deserve any stars! I am a former mail carrier and this is by far the worst delivery service I have ever seen. My mail is routinely delivered to my neighbors and packages are almost always taken back to the post office instead of being delivered. Despite multiple complaints to the supervisor at the Post Office nothing has changed.
