Oversized package pickup hours are from 8 to 4:30, so it's impossible for some of us that work specially out of town to pick up our packages. Worse thing about it is if it's not picked up after a few days, they will send it back.

The lady at the front desk told me to come in Saturday morning to make sure my packages didn't get returned, low and behold they're closed Saturday and Sunday.  Sunday I expect, but being an employee there, how wouldn't know you that it's not open on Saturdays?
