All the reviews about lost packages at first seemed unbelievable, but now that it's happened to me I can fully see it. Tried tracking down my package for a good week and a half. Found out it wasn't even going to be delivered to the right place, on top of that the person couldn't even remember if she delivered it or not, even though it read that she had. So now I'm out $35, have no package and am left to wonder if I should trust them again. Very frustrating situation. 

The best part is that I get these packages twice a month, and never had a screw up to now. I don't know what happened this time. 

From the inability to place a package in the right area, to remembering where/when/if you placed said package. You would almost feel like there should maybe be more care for peoples items? It's turning out to be a pretty negative experience with them.

And don't get me wrong, the people are very nice and try to somewhat help. But all it takes is one negative experience like this to make you question just how good it really is as a place of business. Stuff like this shouldn't be happening.

This post office looses more mail than any other I have ever heard people complain about. They lost a $50 package of mine and just basically shrugged it off. People in my neighborhood are often complaining of their mail being delivered to the wrong address or just plain lost. It is very frustrating that nothing seems to ever be done about it. Not impressed at all

Complete b******t that this post office is constantly delivering our mail or packages to the wrong address. We also happen to receive the mail and packages from people who live around us. So, I know we're not the only ones this is happening to. Luckily we live in a good area. But it's beyond frustrating how often it happens! At least 2-3 times a week! Please fire your staff and hire competent people who can read an address!!!!!

Well, I was upset about rudeness before. Now  David, don't know if he is a new manager, the woman that was the manager before was nice and cared. David, if he is a manager needs to be fired.  Blatantly lies, doesn't pick up my package twice now and lost one. I agree with the other poster. There is no reason to be rude. Is it because your a Government employee??? No wonder the USPS is going out of business. These people are paid to do a job. They deal with the public. They need to act nice. Do they act that way in their own lives and do they get anywhere when trying to do business this way in their own lives. Get a clue. BTW, it's really easier to be nice then it is to be rude.

I have never been so frustrated in my life. I relocated to Buckeye almost two months ago and have not received a single piece of mail! I have called more times then i can count and gone in person several times nobody has any answers. I know my mail is getting sent to them it was confirmed by my old post office and the dmv after buckeye sent my DRIVERS LICENSE back because it was an invalid address! The staff has no idea how to do there jobs they just look at the computer and say um idk looks like you should be getting it. Its unbelievable trust me if my mail could get to me a different way sign me up!
