Losing mail, or having a long wait on location is one thing, but marking a package as "delivered at front porch" when it was not, is absurd. There is no room for the possibility that someone snaked it off my front porch either as I've been out front all day. Mail delivery never came by. There's no reason this should happen. Unsure if this is a technical error or human error, but it is unnaceptable. If you EVER have a choice in who to use for shipping DO NOT use USPS ever.

I don't understand people with bad reviews only because they were in long line. And btw, mails get lost everywhere, not only in Yuma! Calling the people who work there "idiots" just shows your low level of culture. Please, be nice yourself! I often go to the post office, and always they were very helpful, fast and friendly. 5 stars!

The waiting line is unacceptable and the waiting line for the phone is ridiculous. They need to hire more staff or make their staff faster at their job.

Poorly staffed, dropped of pre-paid box and an hour before cut-off and they never logged in the package for the day I dropped it off, at the counter! Don't even waste your time trying to call the office because they never answer the phone. I've tried over the years but it's the same deal. If I wasn't disabled I would drive into town or the Marine base.
