I ordered a laptop express (1-3) days I needed it in less than 2 weeks, figured that would be plenty of time, NOT for the good ole USPS!! I then spent LITERAL HOURS chasing around that damn 1800 number for a solution, I finally get one only to be called a short while later by Dave from Avondale. He tells me my package was at the last place it was scanned. I ask if he called and confirmed this, he gives me a patronizing explanation of how scanning works and assures me it is there. He then instructs me to do a google search for the shipping post office and to call them, then CLOSES MY CASE WITH NO RESOLUTION THAT I SPENT HOURS AND A HALF DOZEN PHONE CALLS OPENING!!!
No resolution, no care given, just ruthless... Gotta be great to work for the Govt where success is measured in nepotism and accountability is a bad word. (this isn't MY problem it's YOUR problem, see ya!)

I have been in the Goodyear Post Office several times and every time I visited the Goodyear Post Office I've always received fast efficient courteous help from employees who are always happy to help also the building is always clean inside and out just seems like a good place to work and have your mail delivered to
