I must say I was stressing out over a lost package that was supposed to go to Chandler AZ and somehow ended up in Waddle, Elton was kind enough to help me with the process of getting it back and even having the carrier go back to try to contact the home owner who received it!! All I can say is that I am grateful that there is people that take there job to the next level! Thank you Elton your customer service is definitely worth the 5 stars if not more!

I drop my company mail and I'm always there before the last delivery but our mail never gets out in a timely manner. If you call, it's a 40-50 minute wait. Even my neighbors have so many issues with their mail. They complain to the post master, but they don't have any sympathy. Plus the Waddell Post Office drivers race thru our subdivision and people tell at them constantly to slow down. They just laugh in our faces.

The man at this post office is rude, unprofessional, and should not be working the front desk. The Post Office needs to train their employees better.

I parked and walked in with two young kids in tow at exactly 12:00 on a Saturday. The cashier looked at me and literally said, "I can't help you, it's 12:01." My items were completely ready to ship; it would have been a three minute transaction. Customer service is such a joke these days. This location is only great when it's convenient for them.
