I wish the post office left a slip! At least then I'd know someone was trying to be accountable. I can't tell you how many times this post office has said they've delivered my package but it's nowhere to be seen.

FYI. If you open a PO Box and if you loose your key, you are the only one who can get a new key.  Don't even bother putting your spouse on the po box.  It does nothing for you and don't listen to the post office call center.  They give you the wrong information.

If i could pick zero stars that is what it would be,  just moved to the area and have had 2 packages saying they were delivered to my address when i only have gotten one of them that the mailperson handed to me directly, so now where is the other package???? They cant blame it on being stolen off my porch or steps or mailbox because i was standing right there when it was delivered. They either delivered it to the wrong address or they stole it.  Rediculious!!!

So they decided to try to deliver a package here at 10 am. Well we had no clue and we were home. Got a notice but when I called the way I was treated was poor in disposition.  Finally rescheduled it online for re-delivery myself since it was such a chore to serve me over the phone and they failed to even load it this morning on the truth for delivery. I call back and it's still at the office. So I requested it again to be delivered a second time. I even went with my boyfriend to pick it up 15 minutes before they're going to close I arrived there in time to find they've left early. Now we have to wait even longer for services they'll never fulfill. Well be picking it up in the morning tomorrow and shortly after we will be finding out who to report this staff and it's branch to. Do your jobs at least somewhat right please =/ there are plenty of people who would love your job if you don't want it.

Literally the WORSE!!! postal service the package is either ALWAYS LATE, DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, DELIVERY KEEPS BEING RESCHEDULED, THE MAIL JUST SITS IN THE POST OFFICE N NEVER!! Gets delivered or they keep LOSING THE FREAKING PACKAGE! so damn upsetting!
