Many occasions have I seen these people walk up on my porch and write a pink slip for a "missed" delivery, when I'm sitting right here watching you NOT even try to deliver the package. Don't even knock. Come up, write the slip and leave. Then I have to come to the post office to pick up the package and wait 20-40 minutes smh.

Hold mail not delivered. Regular mail was.😖. Even went to Postoffice to pick it up. Called, there was an hour wait. Please try to do better.

Waited on the phone for 35 minutes I think they just didn't want to answer and still no one picked up and these are people that is suppose to help others. Unfortunately we need them . No one cares just give me the money God help us. The post office was Sinclair lane and Shannon Dr.

When I first moved to my residence, the mail carrier at the time kept returning my mail to sender saying residence unoccupied. Then the carrier changed and he was the nicest postman ever!! Unfortunately he was robbed during his delivery and I haven't seen him since. I always got my mail by atleast 12pm everyday. The mail carrier for my neighborhood now, once again, keeps sending my mail back as "Return to sender, Residence unoccupied" and I have been living at this residence since May 2016. I have barely received any mail except for an electric bill in the past 2 months as I am used to receiving mail on an almost daily basis. I constantly have various companies calling to ask me to update my address as if I don't live here anymore or never have. This is a nuisance and more than inconvenient. I could have been sent some very vital information via mail and never know because some genius carrier isn't doing his job correctly.

Only gave them 1 star because I had to but they deserve 0 stars. They always deliver some of my orders or None at all. I hate this post office. They the only reason I'm relocating from around this area because I don't want them handling my mail anymore. They refuse to replace my package that they took to another house smh.
