I would give 0 stars if I could. Been waiting on a package from Amazon all day. It has been out on delivery since 11:02 am and it is now 8:06 pm. They said it would be delivered by 8pm not only that but the update says it was delivered at 7:10 pm which is impossible since I was sitting outside at 7:16 and there was no package. This is a priority 1 day express delivery and they somehow manage to make it a 2 day delivery.

Had mail forwarded from this post office and am missing several items . I call in to see what the problem is and it’s a 50 min wait to talk to customer service!??!! Unacceptable!  I have had packages that said they were attempted to be  delivered and not delivered ( I was home ) .  I don’t understand why there is so many problems .

"Chris" at my local Crofton post office treated me warmly and kindly when I called him today to say that my townhouse mailbox lock was jammed.  He personally took care of me, he did not put me on hold or transfer me to someone else.  Chris is creating a work order for the maintenance department to come to my address to fix the lock.  In the meantime, Chris also contacted my mail carrier "Aaron" to ask him to check if there is any mail pushing up against the lock.  The service I received today was professional and courteous.  Thank you for helping me so I can get my mail out of the box and pay my bills on time.  You're the best Chris!!!

On-time delivery seems not to be their thing. So what if UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or even the USPS's own tracking says that your package is at the Crofton facility and it will be delivered that day. If it's coming through this USPS location it's guaranteed to be a day late.
