I have never experienced such rude customer service before. The woman who helped me was so clearly irritated with me before i even said a word and she treated me like a child. I was so shocked and confused leaving the post office i did not even know how to react. This is the first time I have had an issue here but it made me never want to go back because of the blatant rudeness of this one woman who was supposed to be "helping" me. I highly suggest going to another post office if you are able to.

I recently had a package delivered that looks like was stolen off of my front porch. When I let Amazon know they told me my local usps would call me. Once I received the call the woman preceded to be mouthy and act like I'm complaining for no reason. She kept assuming I said they screwed up when all I was doing was reporting it so Amazon could reimburse me once we solved the situation. Instead of arguing and calling her names I just hung up bc it's not worth it. Her customer service was terrible. I'm sure this usps location is great besides her but I would like to insist they ring folks doorbells when dropping off a package especially with people out here stealing people's packages. Only one person from this location has ever rang my doorbell to let me know.
