zero stars is deserved. they never answer the phones so you are always on hold "waiting for an agent" and the lines are on hold long past 5pm. also the delivery people are terrible if your package goes here please do yourself a favor and pick it up yourself.

This is the worst! On two occasions I've experienced priority mail which was not delivered on the dates that were scheduled. The tracking info on the first one stated that an attempt was made, which it was not as I was home the entire day. In the other instance, which is today, it stated that an "exception" was made and that either the address was incorrect or illegible. Both were priority and in the current case, it has been over a week. In the former, I was able to speak to someone at the Brentwood facility who told me that late in the evening, some carriers will designate it this was because they don't want to deliver the piece. Ridiculous!!! Where is the oversight fir the Benning Road PO??

The staff at this post office are great! They are patient and very helpful. Depending on what day of the month you visit the post office, lines can be long. Open windows vary from 1 to 3 throughout the day. all of my mailing need are always met. Thanks for years of great service!

Extremely long lines! It’s unacceptable that such a busy post office has only 1 teller! I left after standing in line - other people in front of me had been there for more than 10 minutes. The single teller didn’t even answer questions about if she was getting back up. I won’t be coming back. It is sad that I cannot support a local post office.

The service is the absolute the worst. I have certified mail the postal worker does not ring the bell but puts the slip in mailbox. Now I have to go around there and deal with the rudeness to retrieve. Do better! If I could give them a zero it would be well deserved!
