Today is Tuesday 3/13. I’ve had outgoing mail in my mailbox since Saturday 3/10. A neighbor brought me one piece of mail yesterday that was delivered to her house. I just got home today after 6:00 p.m. and the flag is still up with my letters in the box. I’m so angry! There’s a blizzard coming tomorrow and now I need to get in my car and drive to the post office to mail these letters that have been out there and missed three deliveries. WTH

Love this location. The staff are good people and try their best to compensate in tough situations. Hope all the best for their continuation!

worst service ever. this place this a zero star. nobody answer the phones. been on hold for 1 hour. they mess up my package that was suppose to be delivered to me. i had multiple packages being sent to me. they mark the wrong package that was sent and said needed a signature. the package that needed the signature was STILL given to me and they took the wrong package that didnt need the signature. now the tracking the package is all messed up... poor service.

Reps are unapproachable, no one at counter when you enter. When you are able to ask question you find out answer you are given is incorrect. Supervisor is always listed as being, "off!"

Most of them they just hate to help and they are rude. It's been a month so far and I have not  received my mail and the pack I sent from this lOvation it's pretty much lost
