There is simply no excuse to not have the parking lot plowed ever, let alone 24 hours after the snow stopped. It stopped snowing around 10 am on Sunday and Monday at 10 am I had to walk through at least 6 inches of snow in the parking lot. For the prices you charge for postage, there is NO EXCUSE for not having your parking lot plowed for your customers. How incredibly rude.

This office ships packages fast, your stuff won't sit around here. I ship a lot of stuff through eBay, and I always use this place as my preferred drop off.

They always miss-deliver my neighbors packages to my house and we end up doing their job, what a joke.

Horrible service!!! Been given the run around and taken up a lot of time and $$$ they tell me my item was undeliverable the only problem with that is the mailman hadn't even been here yet. I called the 800 number she assures me with a new tracking number that it would be here the  next day, well it's the next day and no package. I have another package that was supposed to be arriving today according to the person that sent it and her tracking number,  again no package today !! And then they wonder why people don't use the Postal Service !!anymore well here's a perfect example
