I live close to this post office, but I drive to another post office instead. I don't know how many times I've been treated discourteously by postal employees at the Bristol location. Impatient, terse, sometimes unbelievably rude. I'll do anything to avoid stopping in this office. There are a couple of courteous employees at the Bristol office, to be fair, but there's no guarantee about how one is treated. (My letter carrier is fantastic.)

Received tracking number for package that I have been eagerly awaiting. Tracking info indicated that it would be delivered TODAY, mail was just dropped off and NO PACKAGE

Clerks are quite pleasant and courteous. I had no major issues with mail delivery. Occasionally my mail would have burnt cigarette holes or marks. What finally ended up being a deal breaker and affecting the rating is the mail delivery person ended up speeding in my private driveway and killing my beloved pet.
