Excellent choice for Jamacian Food in the area.  I frequent this restaurant about 2-3 times monthly.  Food is always fresh, hot and flavorful.  Over the past three years there have been some inconsistency with my GoTo meal of Brown Stew Chicken, out side of that this is a excellent place to grab a quick lunch or dinner at a reasonable price.

The oxtail meal is good but don't like the cabbage.

Depending on what you are used too, this could be great to some. Spent basically $40 dollars on dinners, n the oxtail wasn't what I was expecting. Cabbage was dry, and oxtail tasted like it had a hint of bbq or whoreshire sauce. Jamica house or queens for me.

Me and another girl WAITED in line for a beef patty while the lady on the register promised the few she had left to someone ON THE PHONE?!! She said we couldn't have the ones there because she had already taken the order on the phone and she didn't know we wanted patties? How crazy is that?! Why wouldn't you sell to the people who are standing there in front of your face? It's ok because I am never coming back and the food is mediocre anyway! This is the colonial heights location
