My daughter purchased her 1st car here on 10/7/2017. She drove the car for a month. She received a phone call Sunday from Freddie ( finance manager) saying they needed her to come in to resign a contract with a lower payment & for her inconvenience they would fill her tank up. My daughter drove down there and they took her keys, she thought, to fill her tank up. They took her damn car. Put her in an office and said they are keeping the car until Employment has been verified. WAIT WHAT!?! My daughters phone was dead & had no ride home. She couldn't even call me to tell me what had happened. Richard Cortez, another sales guy had to drive her home and was saying how what they did to her was illegal. I call Valley Kia and they transfer me to Freddie ( finance manager). I informed him that I was advised by a lawyer that what they did to my daughter was in fact illegal. I asked about her down payment & he said he didn't know when she would get a refund and if she received a refund that she wouldn't get the whole down payment back. Also illegal. Freddie stated they were still working on financing her deal. So I asked if that's the case then you should have never taken her car. All this idiot wanted to do was argue. I asked to speak to the general manager.. Pepe Cervantes and all I got was the run around. I told Freddie that I would be down there tomorrow to collect her car or they better have a check for her full down payment. He thought that was funny. This guy was such a total douche bag. I contacted my lawyer who specializes in auto fraud. She advised that I demand the car back. By law any car dealer has to give you written notice within 10 business days that they cannot finance the deal and to bring the car back. Which in our case that never happened. Now if that doesn't happen the car dealer has to finance you regardless. So because my daughter was young they took total advantage of her. By lying about rewriting a deal & the promise of free gas just to get the keys. Carlos (sales manager) is the one who illegally took her car. I drove my daughter to Valley Kia today to talk to the General Manager Pepe Cervantes who promised a few days ago that he would make it right. Well, he wouldn't even see us. Of course. They send Carlos ( sales manager) to help us and he wants to make it right. I have our whole conversation on recording, incriminating himself. I tell him I don't want to hear his excuses. That what he did was illegal. And that if my daughter doesn't either get her car back or her full refund I will follow suit against the company. These guys were running around like chickens with there head cut off. To make a long story short...full refund was issued. To anyone looking to buy a car...skip this dealership. They are unprofessional and conduct business in an illegal manner. These guys will take advantage of the uninformed & naive. They will smile in your face and tell you your approved just to get you to drive the car home. Know your rights. 1) Once you drive the car home and you do not get a written letter within 10 days to bring car back do to financing issues. You can keep the car and they have to finance you under the terms you agreed upon. 2) You do not have to resign another deal with higher interest rates or more money down cause they could not finance. They are legally required to refund %100 of your down payment. 3) They cannot keep any of your down payment because they couldn't finance you. If you ever have this problem... immediately look for a auto fraud lawyer.

Just bought a 2018 Kia Optima. Chris Ford helped us out and he was amazing. He went over all of our options, was very patient when I couldn't make up my mind, and he made the whole experience stress free. If looking to lease or buy I do recommend contacting Chris. There was no pressure to buy everyone was very nice. Chris made the deal and Carlos closed it out. Carlos was also a pleasure to work with. Jasmine in finance was very nice and did the paperwork fast. She's really good at explaining things in detail. The whole Kia experience was wonderful it just felt like home. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

This was the worst place to ever buy a car from. I'll explain, I bought a 2009 ford f150 from them extended warranty everything $3,000 for this warranty. So it snows where I live and I get stuck in the snow so my 4x4 is not working I take it to them to get it fixed and they wanted to charge me 800$ for vacuum lines (which I knew it wasn't) so I persisted it was the transfer case. sure enough it was the transfer case. So the warranty company replaces it. About 4 months into having this replaced it starts leaking again. So I take it back to them. They told me to take it to a transmission shop so I do. They replace this transfer case again. Three months later the whole transfer case explodes and I get stuck on the freeway waiting for a tow. I take it to another transmission shop and he confirms the transfer case is bad again. So I call there warranty company to get it replaced and they won't touch it because I'm at 121,000 miles and my contract ended at 120,000 miles. but it's for the same issue that I was told it was fixed but obviously not so I have to come up with 2,800$ for a new transfer case. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Manager Paco very helpful. Salesman Jose Alta was great! He helped me get a brand new vehicle 2017 Kia Forte LX. Great place!
