On the evening of 2/12/18 I went to Pacific Auto Center to look at a 2015 Mustang GT 50th Anniversary Edition that I was highly interested in. As I arrived I was greeted by Oscar, who assisted me where to park. It was my first time at this dealership, so I wasn’t really familiar with the layout. As I exited my vehicle, Oscar escorted me to the location of the Mustang. Oscar the offered me a test drive, which I gladly accepted. After the test drive, I told Oscar I was ready to make a deal if the price was right. Oscar followed through and we made a deal that I was extremely satisfied with. Due to the fact it was late in the evening and it rained only days prior, I wasn’t able to get the car detailed/cleaned as I wanted. However Oscar assured me if I came back in the morning, they would detail/clean my Mustang. Just as Oscar promised, the next morning I arrived they detailed my Mustang without any issues or questions. My experience at Pacific Auto Center was great! It was my first time being at a used car dealership instead of the typical Ford, Chevy, Etc dealerships. Oscar did a tremendous job getting me the deal I wanted. He was not your typical pushy salesmen, which is what I prefer. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this dealership! Make sure to ask for Oscar Herrera when you come in! You won’t be disappointed!

This is an AWESOME dealership. Their lifted truck/Jeep and SUV inventory is insane and their prices are reasonable for what you're getting. I searched high and low, near and far for my perfect FJ Cruiser (aka Francis Jane) and they had it AND in the color I wanted AND it came with a surprise system AND a ladder.. I NEEDED that ladder! The finance manager, Andrew, was beyond helpful and super easy to work with. This was BY FAR the best car purchasing experience my husband and I have ever had. Pretty sure we were in and out in just over one hour. ONE HOUR! (?%^#$) We highly recommend Pacific Auto Center and will come back when we're ready for another vehicle. THANK YOU ANDREW AND THANK YOU P.A.C.!

My husband and I came in to look for a pick up for him. It was very cold out and upon arrival Joaquin introduced himself and told us that he would call someone to assist us as he was with another customer. After ten minutes Joaquin walked us to a few trucks that we had in mind had us test drive the trucks my husband liked. Joaquin had such great customer service, he was not pushy or coniving like other salespeople and the financing and service options were right on point that we ended up purchasing a truck for my husband and an SUV for me. I highly recommend Joaquin and Pacific Auto Center.

Frank! My man!! He did everything he could to help me find my perfect truck even if it meant walking in the rain. We went on a goose chase for this truck going from lot to lot but we finally found it and he worked with me and the price and got it to something that we both agreed on. I've never went to a car dealership with customer service so generous and it not feeling like I was pressured into buying a car. Thanks Frank and P.A.C for putting me in my 2017 Dodge!

Satisfied with my car purchase! William and Saul thank you for your amazing service and chats while waiting for the big news! Great people! God puts great people in your path for a purpose and you two were placed today because he wanted it that way! Went in to look around and came out driving a beautiful car!
