Great Service, Very Helpful Staff. I was helped by a very nice gentleman by the name of Stephen. He was not pushy on sale tactics and was looking to assist me on getting a bed that fits me and my fiance. We were able to test several beds and found one that we really loved. Once we made our choice, Stephen and John went through the process without hassle answering our questions, providing us with excellent service and a great deal. We recommend that if you need to purchase a great quality bed with a great price, give these guys a chance.

Used the machine that picks out the best mattress for you and your partner based on the way you sleep and pain you normally feel. When I first got my mattress, my back felt absolutely terrible but my partner's back felt fine. After about a week and a half, my body adjusted to the bed and now I wake up without pain. I was weary from all of the reviews from Mattress Warehouse and I was ready to return it at any second. I thought the middle was sinking in, but it seems fine now. I like that mattress warehouse gives you the promotions that come after you originally purchase the mattress on a payment plan. They always checked to see if I had the best price deal and I got a free waterproof mattress protector for free because of a sale. This protector was priced at $100 I believe. I am very happy with my Balboa Island queen mattress from Mattress Warehouse and the service from the Rosedale, MD location!

My family & I have purchased multiple mattresses from this location. We started shopping here a few years ago but the great customer service & great prices keep us coming back! Very knowledgeable sales associates!
