I Paid $1800 for a dining room suite from Sales Rep. Willie Antoin. I asked "Are you sure the item is in stock?" "Oh yes", he answered, we have plenty here in our DC warehouse. Then I was promised that the delivery date was secure. But as you would have it, I got a phone call 3 days before delivery telling me that the schedule delivery date had to be changed and the item was out of stock and that I'll have to wait 2 more weeks for delivery. When I called the store and asked the incompetent salesman why the change and what ever happened to the dining room set YOU SECURED in the system for me that evening, his response was... "It was all the computer's fault, not his". Something told me not to go to Value City. NEVER again!

Working with Kevin Buckson was a really positive experience. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Initially, I was only going to purchase living room furniture, but as I worked with Kevin I felt as though I could trust him to assist me in picking out bedroom furniture. I never felt that his goal was to hurry and sell me something; his goal was to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. Thank you, Kevin!

so far i has been a great experience. This was my first time buying furniture and they have really good prices. also the sales people are very kind, i spent less that 800 and brought about 4 items. keep up the good work i will be back!

The sale rep was very patient with us and made sure we found the perfect couch for our room. We are sooooo happy with it! Ask for Mike Elinoff, he's your man!

While my sales rep Brian was wonderful, the rest of my experience has been a nightmare!!! They do not keep their promises. I had furniture delivered that was damaged. Months later and I still haven't received my replacement furniture. Every time it's supposed to be delivered it never comes or they try to change the delivery date. This will be the absolute last time I buy anything from Value City!!!! You couldn't even pay me to set foot in this unprofessional store!
