Excellent service. We met several sales people, the sales manager and the owner himself. All were attentive and professional. Found the chair we wanted at a price we wouldn't have found anywhere else. Many thanks to all at Regency. we will be back if we need anything else.

We purchased furniture for our entire home (7 rooms ). Exceptional service was provided by Regency Furniture store personnel. For over 20 hours, the Store manager personally assisted us with our grueling selection process. Though it took 3 visits to deliver our entire furniture, we are happy with the discounts that the manager has provided us. Overall my wife is really happy with this transaction. 5 Stars.

My husband and me have been back and fourth furniture shopping at so many places! Each time we have came to Regency they always were so nice! Karam the manager was a pleasant person to work with as well as Omair who helped us very much!!! We will be going here again in the future if we ever decided to buy anything else. They made everything so easy and helped us so much! The delivery times were always flexible to fit both of our schedules! We are very pleased ! :)

I will give less than one star if it was possible. We ordered furniture 4 weeks ago. When we placed order, the sales rep told us that they have all the pieces with an exception of one and it will take 2 weeks to arrive. The store will then call to schedule the delivery. It is 4 weeks now and we never received the phone call. When I called the store, they said it will take additional 3 weeks to get the missing piece and then they will schedule the delivery. When I said, I'm thinking about cancelling the order because they are not straight in their answers about the order, the store representative threatened me with charging 30% restocking fee for the furniture that is not yet delivered with one of the missing pieces. What a business model of looting customers out of their money without having to sell any furniture. I'm very disappointed with the worst customer service ever! Never setting foot their your store again!!

After searching four other big box furniture stores, we decided to go to one last place before heading home; and we were so glad we did! Ambry greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel completely comfortable. Furniture shopping, especially when moving, can be such a stressful experience but the patience she held with us was incredible. She took the time to write down and go over pricing for every piece of furniture we liked, she even found and carried around a blue pillow to match up things because I mentioned I tend to decorate with blues. Never once did we feel pressured to buy something or rushed. She was so knowledgeable about all of the products and what colors or wood stains would compliment each piece. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had and would definitely recommend not only the company but Ambry to others.
