Easy scheduled maintenance online. Reasonably priced. Left a little dirt on the floor and I'm the seat from the cleaning/oil change guy/girl. Not a big deal. Plenty of snacks for purchase in the lounge. All in all a pleasant experience.

Had a very good experience with Mike purchasing a used Sonata.  Just be aware that it's an old school approach.  You will meet the sales manager, internet manager, finance manager etc., as you work your deal, especially if you have a trade-in like I did.  Also, I warned them up front I don't purchase up-sells like extended warranties, protection packages, etc etc etc.  Just the car please!  In the end, I love the Sonata, the guys were fun to haggle with and I know their service crew is great too.

If i could give this place a zero i would on 9/3 this place sold my son a 2016 ford focus which they knew had a problem thats the reason why they were trying to get us to buy there extended warranty. Well my son had this car only 2 weeks and its in the shop for a fuel system problem which is NOT covered under the warranty because its a 30day waiting period before warranty would pay ..but who would think you would need to use your warranty after having a car just 2 weeks.. its going to cost 800 out of pocket expense for us..i spoke with the manager who was not concern about this problem. So buyers beware be careful buying a car from this place.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on our car! Kenny got us in and out within weeks when it was supposed to take months to even get the parts. Customer service was outstanding!

Bought a brand new Sonata here back in 2015 and had to bring it in atleast 4 to 5 times a year due to things not working and recalls. Recently brought the car in because of another recall and the battery dying. Still a pretty new car but you'll be in and out of the service department a lot. Never getting a Hyundai again.
