Terrific service! Really have no complaints. Spare yourself the condescension of high end salespeople at the luxury new car dealers and receive greater value and service in the used market by shopping here. I found Philip to be knowledgeable and attentive. These people care that you are satisfied and will go above and beyond to make it so. Give them a try, but don’t expect to negotiate price, that’s been done for you and a little homework on your part will reveal that they aren’t being undersold.

I worked with Kyle Hermann and he was excellent. Very laid back environment to buy a car. They are happy to let you test drive, and don’t push you to buy something more expensive. I was a little thrown off by the no-haggle pricing at first. I’m definitely not used to that. But after a week of thinking about it I decided I was happy paying that price for the car I wanted. Plus they were able to beat USAA’s auto loan rate by 1.5%!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Elias at eCarOne. Elias was patient and showed us as many vehicles as we needed to find the right one. The best part was the effort made to get us the best possible deal without the hassle and haggling that many dealers are famous for. If you want a great experience at a great price and want to walk away from a car buying experience with a smile on your face, go to eCarOne and ask for Elias!

I had the privilege of working with Elias today and his service skills were exceptional! He made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed on all of the activities leading up to the purchase of my Lexus. Ozzie took care of me with financing and gave me an amazing rate as well. The staff at E-Car One is always friendly and helpful. An amazing place to purchase your vehicle. I always know I'll be taken care of and treated like a person when I walk through their doors. Thanks again guys!!

Alexis G. Did an awesome job, respectful, courteous, professional and fun attitude. I have never received such great service from a salesperson as I experienced with Alexis from ecarone. I definitely recommend this place and they have a great selection of high end vehicles. 5 stars all the way!
